We at Connecticut Trial Firm take pride in our community, and strive to support those who share that same loyalty. We are always looking for opportunities to participate in and sponsor local events. We also make a point to create our own outreach projects which will benefit our friends throughout Connecticut. That is why in 2021 we established the Connecticut Trial Firm Foundation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are looking to join us in our community outreach efforts

Enfield Charity T-shirt Project

We have partnered with Enfield natives, Richard Lynes and Becky Vesce(both local artists and designers), who have helped us design and create a t-shirt that we think everyone in Enfield will love so they can showcase their hometown pride. We are asking anyone who would like to order one of our t-shirts to make a $20 donation to Enfield Loaves and Fishes, the local soup kitchen. Maya Matthews, the Executive Director, says the easiest way to make a donation is either by Paypal or Venmo @enfieldloavesandfishes and specify that you are donating towards the Enfield Hometown Pride T-Shirt Fundraiser. Once a donation is made, please fill out the order form on our website and we will mail your shirt to you.

That is why over the month of June, the team at Connecticut Trial Firm was proud to offer our 2021 Camp 4 Kids Initiative! Visit our event page to learn more about the giveaway and to meet our winners, Rihanna and Caiden.

2021 Education Accessibility Scholarship

Both Andrew Garza and Ryan McKeen, partners of Connecticut Trial Firm, were the first in their family to attend a four-year university. We believe it is important to support our youth who seek to attend higher education, especially those who face financial obstacles in pursuit of that goal. That is why we are proud to offer our Education Accessibility Scholarship for the third year in a row! Visit our scholarship page for more details and to apply.

We wanted to thank our local teachers who have gone the extra mile in navigating today’s present challenges. That is why we were happy to hold this year’s Tremendous Teacher Nomination! Melanie O’Connor has been selected as our 2020 winner. To learn more about her, please visit our winner’s page.

Frozen 2 Theatre Showing

We had a blast last November when we rented out a local theatre to show Frozen 2 on the big screen. We invited our friends, family, and the Connecticut Trial Firm team. Further, to make a bigger impact, we reserved a special table for 10 of our friends at Nutmeg Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Connecticut’s largest volunteer mentoring network. Thank you to all those who were able to join us!

King of Pain 10-Miler

What sounds better than a 10 mile run in the dead of February? The Connecticut Trial Firm team was excited to sponsor the King of Pain 10-Mile Run in February of 2019. The proceeds from this run benefitted both Achilles CT, an organization that provides opportunities for people with physical and developmental disabilities, and Sunshine Kids, an organization that provides activities and emotional support to young patients battling cancer.
