Farrell v. Johnson

P suffered complications from a mesh put in her by the defendant. Court concluded that evidence of journal articles regarding the procedure were inadmissible as hearsay because there was no evidence the defendant knew or should have known about them. Second, court held that innocent misrepresentation does not extend to doctors consulting their patients.
