Williams v. City of Bridgeport

Plaintiff sought damages from the city for their failure to inspect the public housing wherein the decedents lived and eventually died in a fire. Plaintiff claimed the defendants had acted with reckless disregard in failing to inspect the apartment complex as they were required to do by statute. The court found in favor of the plaintiffs.
