Sen v. Tsiongas

Plaintiff was injured when she bit by a tenants dog. At trial summary judgment was granted because there was no issue of material fact about the landlord having actual or constructive notice of the dog’s viciousness. Overturned: plaintiff alleged enough facts suggesting the landlord knew or should have known of the dogs visiousness to create a genuine issue.
