Osborn v. City of Waterbury

Plaintiff’s daughter was assaulted by classmates during school. Plaintiff alleged that the school acted negligently by failing to provide adequate supervision for the children in their care. Defendants’ argue that the trial court’s finding of negligence must be dimissed because it was found without testimony from an expert winess. Court found expert testimony was not necessary because liability could be determined by common sence knowledge.
