Hassiem v. O & G Industries, Inc.

Plaintiff was injured in a work accident and claimed that the defendant’s failure to install adequate safety meassures constituted an intent to injure the plaintiff sufficient to meet the exception to the exclusivity provision of the Worker’s Compensation Act. The Court ruled in favor of the defendant.
