Demond v. Project Services
Plaintiff sued for wrongful death and claimed that the defendant had negligently failed to carry out their contractual obligations. Defendants had a contractual obligation to prevent alcohol consumption on their property which they failed to do and as a result a man who consued alcohol on their preoperty caused a car accident killing one and injuring three people.
